    The Eight Limbs of Yoga were created as guidelines to help us navigate life holistically and it is the framework for the workshop. By gaining proficiency in the first four limbs (yamas, niyamas, asana, and pranayama), you’ll learn to regulate your breath and thoughts. Through self-reflection, you'll gain a better understanding of your triggers, and what you need  to recover.

     

    You’ll learn the interplay between the mind and body, which are intricately connected through the breath in the following three limbs (pratyahara, dhyana, and dharana). The eighth and final limb arises, over time, as a result of practicing the first seven limbs. Samadhi is an enlightened state that culminates over time through practice.

    The workshop includes  8 weeks of :

    • a weekly collective care session livestream, which includes asana , meditation, and pranayama —1.5 hrs.

    • a weekly livestream group session where we explore tools for healing —1 hr.

    • access to bite-sized content, videos, and articles

    • Reduce and calm your anxiety

    • Set and maintain clear boundaries

    • Create more time for yourself, unapologetically, without excuses

    • Achieve better sleep quality

    • Use your breath more effectively to calm your nervous system

    • Improve your focus and attention

    • Increase your stability, range of motion, and balance

    • Improved core stability and mobility

    We've structured payments on an equity scale to accommodate
    different locations and financial capabilities.
     
    We have 3 membership plans :

     

    • Community $349 - Things are a bit tight and I could use a little help.

    • Standard $499 - I can pay the standard rate, nothing more, nothing less.

    • Supporter $649 - I'd like to pay it forward by helping others in need.

    No. Our community price is available to help anyone with financial need, including those living in a part of the world with lower purchasing power.

    The workshop schedule will be determined based on your preferences and availability. Once, the enrollment period ends, we will provide you with the final schedule. Keep in mind, the earlier you register for the course, the more weight your preferences will carry.

    Yoga Sessions begin with a short meditation and breathwork, followed by 60 minutes of yoga postures. Yoga sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes.

     

    Exploration sessions will vary each week. The specific topic covered each week will be available in the syllabus. Exploration session will be 60 minutes.
