If you're new and not sure about yoga, think of it as an experiment that has been conducted over five millennia by millions of people around the world. And maybe you’ll be willing to give it a try. The only way to do it wrong is by not trying. So whether you have a full-blown anxiety disorder or occasional moments of unease, you may benefit from the practice of yoga. Embodied movement has been used by physicians and healers of various cultures and civilizations throughout time to soothe the nervous system and protect the body from stress and anxiety.
