Service Description

We often bring our injuries and pain with us to the mat – both physical and mental. Private yoga lessons are a great way to stay on the path after an injury or to begin your practice as a therapeutic tool for healing and recovery. Yoga therapy is a gentle practice tailored to each client and their specific injury. Our sessions complement traditional medical care and should not be considered a replacement. Recover sessions help to restore flexibility and range of motion. It strengthens and realigns older bodies to improve balance, lowering the chance of falls, and encourages independence in daily activities.
