Service Description

Unwind your thought and the tightness in your shoulders while moving at a comfortable pace with less intensity and strain on your muscles and joints. In our Unwind session, we explore gentle yoga poses that are accessible for all levels and all bodies. It is especially great for people with injuries, pain, or mobility issues. We gently open and stretch the body through conscious, mindful movements. This class is low-intensity, emphasizing stretching, seated poses, and low-impact movements. After a gentle yoga class, your mind will feel relaxed and rejuvenated while your body releases stress and your nervous system calms.
