The Anxious Yogi uses the Eight Limbs of Yoga as the framework for our programs. Anxiety requires a comprehensive approach and the limbs progress from fully conscious and concrete to more subtle aspects of consciousness. Your journey through the eight limbs is designed to take you from the bondage of past experiences, future expectations, and busyness to oneness and self-acceptance.
Yoga is action. Yoga is a spiritual practice, not a religion. We don’t sit back and tell you what you need to do, instead we explore tools and practices, as a collective.
