Yoga—both a noun and a verb—aims to achieve full consciousness and balance of mind, body, and spirit. It's a powerful and effective tool for regulating the breath, balancing the nervous system, and quieting the mind.The Anxious Yogi uses the Eight Limbs of Yoga as the framework for our members' journey. Since anxiety requires a comprehensive approach, we progress from physical form (asana) through expanded sensory awareness to full consciousness (samadhi).

Each month you'll receive four therapeutic sessions to keep you grounded amidst change, uncertainty and chaos? Each session is one-hour and tailored for your body. All sessions are private 1:1 and virtual.

When we meditate together, even from different locations, we create a shared energetic field that amplifies the benefits of the practice.
